RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. No drama, no nonsense.

Because all Infinite Mischief items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details and size selection before checking out.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ve got you.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form or official social channels and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item received

Once reviewed, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first

  • Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will always try to help where possible.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly and often sent into production shortly after being placed.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
