All of our pieces are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on the move.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production within North America. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but we promise—it’s worth the wait.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you catch it early, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

What’s your return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product includes a size guide to help you find your best fit. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel.

What are your products made from?
We use high-quality blanks chosen for comfort, durability, and everyday wearability. Fabric details are listed on each product page.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show true colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. Consider it part of the uniqueness.

At this time, we ship within North America only.
